Reminders:

Important Arrival and Dismissal Reminders:  
For the safety of all students, parents are asked to follow the school arrival/dismissal procedures. A change in a student's ordinary dismissal pattern requires a note.

Arrival:  7:35 AM - 8:00 AM
    Kindergarten

• Enter new road to the Early Childhood Center from Bishops Highway.
• Drive around the loop to the front door entry area.
• Children should exit bus or car from the right-hand side of the vehicle.
• Please exit the area ASAP to avoid back-up.

    Grades 1-6

• All vehicles enter the large parking lot (Lot #1) next to the Elementary school and drive the periphery of the lot around and down to Lot #2 behind the school.
• All students should exit their vehicle from the right, as far back as the statue of Mary.
• Students walk inside the yellow line to the back door.
• Cars may exit left or right onto Bishops Highway.

Dismissal:  2:35 PM
    Kindergarten

• Children staying for the After-School Program remain at the Early Childhood Center.
• One bus will pick up all children who regularly take a bus home and will take them to the Elementary school to meet their regular bus.
• Children who have siblings at the Elementary School will also take the bus from the ECC to the Elementary School. They will meet their sibling and walk to the large parking lot (Lot #1) next to the school to meet parents, or stay in Lot #2 behind the school to meet parents who are picking up at the High School.

    Grades 1-6

• No parking, pick-up or early dismissals from the front door after 2:00 PM.
• Parking is prohibited in the school driveway and on the highway.
• Busses park behind the school (Lot #2). Cars park in Lot #1 (beside the school).
• Students walk from school to parking Lot #1. Students with kindergarten siblings should meet their sibling at the back door to walk them to Lot #1 or wait with them in Lot #2 if being picked up there.
• Parents who are also picking up at the High School enter Lot #2 (behind the school) after the traffic has exited from Lot #1. Cars leaving Lot #2 may only exit right onto Bishops Highway.
