Pre-Enrollment
Process
Parents/Guardians of students seeking admission to Sacred Heart
Elementary School must provide the following documentation:

Registration form and fee
ü
Birth/Baptismal Certificates
ü
Copy of immunization and health record
ü
Copy of most recent report card/evaluation
ü
Copy of most recent standardized testing
ü
Summary of Reading/Math progress
ü
Copy of Educational Evaluation (IEP) if applicable
An
interview with the Principal will follow reception of all of the above
documents. New students are also required to take an entrance examination.
 Admission Criteria
Acceptance for admission at Sacred Heart Elementary School is
based on available space and school resources, following testing and an interview with
the Principal. Sacred Heart does not discriminate on the basis of race,
color, sex, religion, nationality or ethnic origin.
Tuition
The annual tuition fee is paid in five increments during the school
year.
